Please read the following important information carefully to ensure you are fully prepared for your motorcycle adventure in Mexico. This rider checklist will help you stay informed, comfortable, and ready to enjoy a safe, well-organized, and unforgettable guided tour experience.

Important Rider Information & Tour Guidelines for Your Cancún & Yucatán Motorcycle Tour

Some locations in the Yucatán Peninsula do not accept foreign currency. We recommend exchanging your money for Mexican pesos at your local bank for the best exchange rate, or at the Cancún airport before taking the complimentary shuttle to The Avani Hotel.
Helmets are required at all times during your guided Harley-Davidson motorcycle tour. You may bring your own helmet or we will provide one for you.
Riders must be 72 years old or younger and experienced riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Every rider must have a valid motorcycle license.
Complimentary shuttle service is provided between Cancún International Airport and The Avani Hotel. Guests must arrive and depart on Saturday only.
Guests are responsible for any damages to their hotel rooms during the tour.
For added security, all Harley-Davidson motorcycles will be locked and secured once we arrive at each destination.
Our staff will collect your luggage each morning around 8:30 a.m., followed by breakfast before departure.
Please keep all important documents and valuables with you at all times, including passports, credit cards, cash, travel documents, and personal items.
You will not need to check in at the hotels during the motorcycle tour. Our team will handle all hotel arrangements for you.
Please remember your motorcycle tour guides and staff. Gratuities are always appreciated for exceptional service.

What’s Not Included in Your Cancún & Yucatán Motorcycle Tour Package

Airfare to and from Cancún is not included in your tour package. Guests are required to arrive on Saturday as part of the scheduled group arrival.
Lunch, dinners, and beverages are not included, except where specifically stated in your itinerary.
Gratuities are not included for your tour guides, concierge staff, or service staff at dining locations, including all-inclusive resorts and breakfast services.
Laundry services are not included; however, most hotels provide on-site laundry facilities if you wish to do a load during your stay.
